Edleen's background includes many years in hospitality, customer service and private medical companies. She has been at FARO for six and a half years where she started as a Tier 1 specialist in Customer Support, moved up to a Tier 2 Trouble Shooting specialist in AEC/PSA Support and has worked her way all the way up to Team Lead for our Technical Support Team in AMER.
